Your images

By ordering, you confirm you own the images you send or have permission to print them. Don't send logos, characters, celebrity photos or other images that belong to someone else. We review every order before printing and may refuse any design. If we refuse yours, we refund you in full.

Custom products

Every sticker is printed to order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges because you changed your mind. Once your order is approved for printing, it can't be changed or cancelled.

Print quality

Previews are close to the result, but printed colors can vary slightly from your screen. We only offer sizes your image can print at; a size marked "may look soft" is less sharp, and choosing it is your decision.

If something is wrong

If your stickers arrive damaged, or aren't what you ordered, tell us within 14 days and include a photo. We'll reprint them or refund you.

Payment and tax

Payment is taken by Stripe when you order; we never see your card details. Massachusetts sales tax applies to pickup and to orders mailed to a Massachusetts address.

Delivery

Mail orders ship within the United States. Delivery times are the carrier's estimates. If a package is returned because of a wrong address, you may pay to ship it again. Pickup orders are held for 30 days after we tell you they're ready.

Your information

We use your name, contact details, address and images only to make and deliver your order and to talk to you about it. We don't sell them. Designs you offer in our shop are shown publicly once approved.
